terms of service

• i take payment upfront via paypal or blik/transfer(pl)
• i do not set deadlines
• i have the right to decline your commission without giving you a specific reason
• i do not take refunds from your end
• if i can't finish a piece for any reason i have the right to refund a % of the price depending on progress i've already made
• second character doubles the price
• price may vary depending on the complexity of your idea. i may charge extra for - complex designs/backgrounds, feathered wings, objects and pets held by the main character• i am allowed to promote myself with your commission on social media of my choice, stream the process on picarto/twitch/discord, sell full resolution images on kofi• you are allowed to use my art for any personal, non-profit use such as:
printing, setting as your wallpaper/icon, reference sheets etc.• i will not tolerate selling prints/copies, removing signatures, reposting with no credit given
