Terms of Service

-NO NFTs/AI. I do not allow using my artwork, whether it's personal or commissioned, to be used or sold as NFT/fed to AI-I can work from written descriptions if some other visual references are provided-Please don't rush me and be patient, art takes a lot of time and energy to be made-I always send a sketch before continuing. If you need more WIPs please let me know beforehand-I have the right to decline/refund your commission without giving you a specific reason-You can contact me through Discord (Klanczek#4977) or Instagram (@Klanczek)

WHAT I DRAW

I draw: humans, humanoids, most anthro characters, animals (only as an addition to the main character), nudity, suggestive poses, gore of any kindI don't draw: pornography, complex designs(including "sparkle dogs"), extremely stylized characters, children, chibi, more than 2 characters on one piece

PAYMENT

-I take payment upfront via Paypal (USD) or BLIK/transfer if you're from Poland-Prices may vary depending on general complexity of the character, background and pose. I may charge more for: complex designs, fully visible feathered wings, big objects or pets held by the main character, detailed background-Second character doubles the original price-I don't accept refunds on your request. I do them only when I'm not able to finish your commission. The % refunded depends on the completion level of said piece

COMMISIONER RIGHTS

I am allowed to:-Promote myself with your commission - post on social media, use in portfolios, stream the process on Picarto/Twitch, sell full resolution image on Ko-FiYou are allowed to:-Use the artwork for personal non-profit use.-Print it, use it as an icon/wallpaper/avatar/etc.You are NOT allowed to:-Use my artwork for profit-Sell copies/prints of my artwork-Claim it as your own/made by you-Remove watermarks and signatures
